Change of Mind
We have a 14-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
For all change of mind returns the customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product. The refund is provided as store credit which may be used for future orders and excludes and shipping charges.
A 10% administration and restocking fee is also deducted from the credit total prior to being applied on your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us photos of damages to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any claims after this period may not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We provide a back to base warranty on purchases. Please see individual product page for warranty length or contact us at email@example.com We are not responsible for the postage costs of returning items to us for warranty purposes.
